Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order number is required
Note: For hygiene reasons, the following intimate items from our collections are non-returnable unless defective:
- Bras & Panties
- Lingerie
- Underwear & Socks
- Bodysuits (without protective liner)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your Fashion Clothing Store items:
- Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your return/exchange request (see template below)
- Once approved, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
- Pack your items securely in the original packaging, including the RMA number clearly visible on the outside
- Ship your return to our warehouse at the address provided in your RMA email
- For exchanges, please indicate your desired replacement item in your initial email
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival), we’ll process your refund or exchange:
- Refunds: Will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after approval
- Bank Processing: Additional 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution
- Exchanges: Your replacement item will ship within 1-2 business days after return approval
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item from our collections (including costumes, dresses, or accessories), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or defect. We’ll arrange for a free replacement or refund.
International Returns
For our international customers (excluding certain Asian/remote areas), please note:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- Refunds will be issued in USD to your original payment method
