Our Return Policy

Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
Eligibility Requirements:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached
- Original packaging required
- Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
Important Note: For hygiene reasons, these intimate items cannot be returned unless defective:

How to Return or Exchange

- We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions

Return Shipping & Refunds
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item). We recommend using a trackable service.
Refund Process:
